Seeking a few Senior Scientists, Research Scientists or Postdoctoral Researchers (25-3204)
Laboratory
Quantum Many-Body Dynamics Research Team
RIKEN Center for Quantum Computing
(Team Director: Takeshi Fukuhara)
Outline of Laboratory
RIKEN Center for Quantum Computing is aim to study quantum information theory, develop techniques for quantum control and measurement, build quantum computing hardware and software, and explore novel quantum technologies. We will promote the progress of quantum information science and contribute to society through the application of quantum technologies.
In this research team, we work on cold atom experiments for investigating quantum many-body systems and also for developing quantum technologies. We study nonequilibrium dynamics and frustrated quantum magnetism using a quantum gas in optical lattices. We have also been investigating measurement feedback for quantum many-body systems with cold atoms with the support of ERATO Sagawa Information-to-Energy Interconversion Project.
