Research Summary

Kazunari Yamada

At RIBF, heavy-ion beams are accelerated using radio-frequency electric fields. We are developing and enhancing radio-frequency technologies to efficiently accelerate more diverse and higher-intensity heavy-ion beams, thereby improving the performance of the RIBF accelerator complex and ensuring stable beam delivery. Furthermore, by implementing new radio-frequency components such as high-power semiconductor amplifiers, we will sustainably advance RIBF's research activities.
